Rules and Regulations of discipline:

This organization is without political service work organization.

The main objective of this organization is to promote the awakening and cultural consciousness for Sanatan Dharma and Rashtra Seva, to prevent trends like Hindu unity, cow protection and conversion and to cooperate and protect the temple monasteries.

For the appointment of soldiers leading officers of all the organizations, work loyalty and social service towards their organization will be taken into consideration.

The appointment of all the office bearers will be done after discussion in the City Core Committee with the consent of the City President Shri.

Appointment of state level office bearers the decision of appointment and removal will be taken only after considering the discussion by the state president and state core committee.

In the presence of all the officers and soldiers of the organization in public meetings with the stay and consent of the member in all the core committee, the appointment letter should be provided.

Any decision in the city regarding appointment and change of any top official will be taken after the discussion in the core committee, and after signing an MOU, which will be announced at the public meeting in presence of the state president and all the state officials and the city president.

In the absence of the state president, the state vice-president, with his consent, will take charge of the meeting.

The supreme power in the state level or city level will remain with the state president Shri and city level power with the city president.

All the officials will have to provide their presence in the city office for organizing the meeting movement as per instructions. If for any essential reason official could not be present, he would have to inform his upper officer in advance.

If any such special discussion is to be held in service discussion, he will have to discuss it with his superior officer.

If the problem with the high official does not get resolved, then the successor may present the problem in writing to the higher officer and finally appeal to the state president Shri.

Any officer or active military organization found to be anti-national promises, anti-religious or anti-religion or illegal, will be expelled from the organization with immediate effect.

The tenure of appointment of the head of state in the organization will be valid for 3 years, the term of city & district president for 2 years and the term of all other posts for 1 year. After this, new appointment letters will be issued in view of their work again during the tenure.

Any officer or active military of state level or city level organization found to be anti-national promises or anti-religious or anti-illegal, will be expelled from the organization with immediate effect.

While making the banner, poster, stickers of any social or religious program of the organization, the photo of the high official will have to be installed according to the dignity of them.

Photos of Leading people of the place should be put up where the event is being organized.

While making all the banner, sticker, posters, it will be mandatory to show the design to the state head of city and get their permission.

Each meeting of the organization should be organized after publishing, working before contract and should be done sitting in the presence of all officer bearers and deliberating. So that more and more people can get benefit of the organization work.

The main purpose of the organization is to reach as many people as possible, all the leading leaders of the society and women and respected people should be added to the organization.

By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the website. You’re not allowed to copy, or modify the App &  website, any part of the App & website, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the App &  website and you also shouldn’t try to translate the website into other languages or make derivative versions. The App & website itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Sanatan Dharma Jagruti Development Council.

Sanatan Dharma Jagruti Development Council is committed to ensuring that the App & website is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the website or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the App & website or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.

The SDJVP stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide our Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the Organization won’t work properly or at all.

You should be aware that there are certain things that Sanatan Dharma Jagruti Development Council will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the website will require the App & website to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but Sanatan Dharma Jagruti Development Council cannot take responsibility for the App & Website not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.

If you’re using the App & website outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the App & website, or other third-party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the website, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the App & website.

Along the same lines, Sanatan Dharma Jagruti Development Council cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the App & website i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, Sanatan Dharma Jagruti Development Council cannot accept responsibility.

With respect to Sanatan Dharma Jagruti Development Council’s responsibility for your use of the organisation, when you’re using the App & website, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavour to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Sanatan Dharma Jagruti Development Council accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the App  & website.

At some point, we may wish to update the website. The website is currently available on Google – the requirements for system(and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the website to) may change, and you’ll need to the updates if you want to keep using the website. Sanatan Dharma Jagruti Development Council does not promise that it will always update the website so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the website. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, wemay and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you.

Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the website, and (if needed) delete it from your device.

Changes to This Terms and Conditions

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
